Plan: We will watch comps hit 300K and then think about selling into a 1031 exchange, for now this new-build inventory needs a little time to appreciate.
The property is newer on the inside and out, the builders model is shown below in the photos a few houses down, but ours has the same finishes. Currently rented to the existing tenants on a NNN lease, as they want to stay long-term.
