The owner approached us with a home that was going back to the bank due to it having a reverse mortgage. The family needed every dollar out of the home for expenses related to the elderly mother's care. We offered to renovate it and re-do the interior so they could get the highest net possible on the sale. The home went under contract in two weeks and we carried all of the costs to closing.
