The owner approached us with a home that was going back to the bank due to it having a reverse mortgage. The family needed every dollar out of the home for expenses related to the elderly mother's care. We offered to renovate it and re-do the interior so they could get the highest net possible on the sale. The home went under contract in two weeks and we carried all of the costs to closing. Lauri made $43,000 more than she had anticipated and we made money on the commission and on the renovation services fee (a share of the profits). A win-win partnership.
